Welcome to Dee Modular! By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Introduction

Dee Modular specializes in modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior solutions. These terms govern your use of our website, products, and services.

2. Orders

​

  • Orders are confirmed only after receiving an advance payment as per the quotation.

​

2.1 Order Structure

​

A project refers to a complete modular kitchen or interior design solution for a single home.

  • Multiple orders can be placed under a single project (e.g., one for modular products, another for services such as site work and installation).

  • Payments are processed on an order level, and each order must be cleared before execution.

3. Payment Methods

​

Dee Modular offers multiple online and offline payment options for a seamless transaction experience.

3.1 Online Payments

​

Every quotation includes a secure Razorpay payment link, and customers can pay through:
✅ Credit Cards & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, etc.)
✅ UPI & QR Code Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
✅ Net Banking (All major banks supported)
✅ Wallets & Pay Later Options (as per Razorpay availability)
✅ EMI Options (Subject to bank approval)

For direct bank/wire transfers, please contact your designer or sales representative.

3.2 Offline Payments​

​

  • For offline payments, please consult your Dee Modular representative.

  • All cheques or demand drafts must be made in favor of:
    "Dee Modular".

  • Ensure you receive an official payment receipt for all offline transactions.

​

​3.3 Payment Schedule

​

To ensure a smooth workflow, payments must be made as per the following schedule:
✅ 5% of the final quote OR ₹15,000 on booking (whichever is higher).
✅ 50% of the project value at order confirmation.
✅ 100% payment within 7 days of order confirmation.

​​

3.4 Payment Gateway Charges

​

  • A non-refundable payment gateway fee of 2% (including GST) applies to all online transactions.

  • This fee covers secure transaction processing costs for online payments.

​

3.5 Important Notes

​

✅ Payments must be cleared as per the project milestone schedule.
✅ EMI approvals are subject to bank policies, and Dee Modular does not control EMI eligibility.
✅ Delays in payment may result in project timeline adjustments

4. EMI & Financing

​

Dee Modular has partnered with financing providers to offer EMI options to customers.

 

​4.1 EMI Facility

​

  • EMI is available solely at the discretion of banks or financing partners.

  • Different financing options have distinct eligibility criteria, which will be explicitly detailed by the respective banks or financing providers.

​

4.2 Role of Dee Modular

​

  • Dee Modular does not directly offer EMIs (Low-cost or No-cost).

  • We only act as a facilitator between the customer and financing partners.

  • Dee Modular has no role in EMI approval, pricing, or extension of financing options.​

​

4.3 Fees

​

  • Dee Modular does not charge any processing or convenience fee for EMI transactions.

  • Customers should check with their respective banks for additional charges.

​

4.4 Cancellation & Refunds for EMI Payments

​

  • If a refund is processed for an EMI transaction, Dee Modular will initiate the refund to the original payment source.

  • Customers should contact their bank or financing partner for EMI-related refund terms.

​

4.5 Transactional Data Sharing

​

  • Dee Modular reserves the right to share transaction order information with the respective banks or financing partners for EMI processing.

  • By opting for EMI, the customer explicitly consents to this data-sharing requirement.

4.6 Liability Disclaimer

​

  • Dee Modular holds no liability if the financing partner rejects EMI or No-cost EMI transactions.

  • For any EMI-related concerns, customers should directly contact their respective bank or financing partner.

​

4.7 Complaints & Disputes

​

  • Any complaints, disputes, or inquiries regarding EMI transactions should be directed to the financing provider.

  • Dee Modular will not be responsible for the availability or non-availability of EMI facilities.

  • Dee Modular reserves the right to modify, amend, or discontinue EMI terms without prior notice.

5. Delivery & Installation

Dee Modular ensures a smooth and efficient delivery and installation process, handled by our expert service team and trusted service partners. Our modular kitchen components and wardrobes are manufactured in-house and delivered to your site with strict quality checks. Custom-built products and special services are executed by verified service partners who meet our quality standards.

 

​5.1 Service Partners & Quality Assurance

​

Dee Modular collaborates with carefully vetted service partners to maintain high-quality workmanship. These partners are assessed based on pricing transparency, craftsmanship, adherence to timelines, site preservation, and customer feedback. Regular audits help us maintain quality control and remove underperforming service providers.

​

5.2 Delivery & Installation Timelines

​

The completion timeline for projects depends on the scope of work:

  • Full Residential Interior Projects: Typically completed within 30 to 60 days, including modular units, site work, and installation.

  • Only Modular Kitchen/Wardrobes: Delivered and installed within 20 days from order confirmation.
    For projects that require additional civil work, electrical, tiling, or false ceiling, the timeline may be extended accordingly.

5.3 Site Readiness & Delayed Installation

​

Customers must ensure that the site is ready for installation before material delivery. If the site is not ready, materials can be stored in our warehouse for up to 7 days beyond the planned delivery date. After this period, a warehousing charge of ₹500 per day will be applied until the materials are dispatched. The final payment must be cleared before materials are shipped to the site.

5.4 Project Execution & Coordination

​​

​Work begins immediately upon receipt of the order confirmation payment. Our project managers and designers coordinate closely with service partners to ensure timely execution. The assigned Dee Modular project manager remains the primary point of contact throughout the process, monitoring progress, quality, and adherence to timelines. Any concerns or adjustments should be communicated directly to them.

5.5 Transactional Data Sharing

​

  • Dee Modular reserves the right to share transaction order information with the respective banks or financing partners for EMI processing.

  • By opting for EMI, the customer explicitly consents to this data-sharing requirement.
